Our brand new sustainability initiative has landed and the best bit is, you can get involved too! Room2Give™ is built on two simple ideas:
- Be kind to the planet – Skipping daily housekeeping helps cut down on water, energy, and chemical use.
- Support great causes – Instead of cleaning the room each day, you donate the savings to a charity your guest chooses.
Do you want to join us in collectively giving over £1,000,000 to UK wide charities (Yep, that’s says over one million pounds as our initial target!) then if so, read on.
When you join the Room2Give® Initiative, you’re choosing to skip unnecessary bedroom cleaning, which saves money—and those savings go straight to charity. It won’t cost you a thing, and it gives your guests a simple way to do some good during their stay.

Here’s how it works if you sign up:

Give your guests the option to skip daily room cleaning. In return, you make a donation to charity on their behalf. (They can still choose to have their room cleaned as usual—no pressure, no cost, just no donation.)

Let guests pick from a shortlist of three charities—one local, one national, and one global—selected by your team.

At the end of each month, upload the total donation amount to the Room2Give® site so we can track the collective impact.
We’ll give you everything you need: the Charter to sign, simple training and setup guides, logos, and info for printing guest-facing materials. (Already have a print supplier? No problem.)
